Our Story
We are a small, family owned outdoor landscape lighting business serving Tampa Bay. We specialize in custom low-voltage landscape lighting – design, installation, and maintenance. We are perfectionists in design and installation, and stay tuned into the latest technology.
Our projects utilize energy efficient LED bulbs and high quality fixtures. The main outdoor fixtures we recommend are actually manufactured in Tampa and come with a 20 year warranty. This supports both American made and local employment. We also offer color changing led systems with automation control.
For qualified customers, we are pleased to provide a complimentary night time demonstration. We can set up a demonstration that will give you a glimpse of the stunning changes a well designed and installed lighting can add to any property. This additional lighting provides security, safety, and extended use.
We install low voltage, landscape lighting in yards, pool enclosures, hardscape patios, walkways, trees, driveways, decks, docks and much more. Any electrical modifications or changes need to be performed by an electrical contractor. If any of our jobs require modifications, such as adding a 110v GFCI protected outlet, we can provide a licensed electrical contractor for that portion of the project. We service both residential and commercial applications.

Initial consultation
After speaking with one of the members of our team and scheduling a visit, we will visit the site to discuss your needs, preferences, and budget. Questions and concerns are welcomed as our team will be happy to answer all questions, make recommendations and present new ideas.
Design
Following the initial consultaion, our team will promptly put together a customized design & quote to present for your consideration.
Installation
Upon approval of the presented quote, our professional installation team will complete the process of installing your new lighting system. We take pride in our ability to strategically place and position the wiring, transformers, and fixtures in discrete locations that are hidden from plain view. After completion, our team will present the final product to the homeowners at night to showcase the lighting system.
Maintenance
